  • You start free with one active client. Pro is $49.99 a month with 2 to 4 active clients and $0 with 5 or more. Your clients’ portal is free, with optional add-ons they can choose to buy.

  • Send us your logo, colors, floor plans and the questions you ask clients today. Our team builds your portal from them, free, in about 48 hours.

  • No. There are no contracts and no setup fees.

  • Yes. Add each event you’ve already booked and invite those clients to their portal by email. Our team can help during setup.

  • Clients sign and pay in their portal, and anyone can pay from an email link. Cards are 2.9% + 30¢. Bank transfers (ACH) are 2%, capped at $40: 1% to Stripe (up to $5) and 1% to Seated With Love (up to $35).

  • Yes. Assign staff to each event, leave team notes, and choose which emails they get: questionnaire digests, finalized seating charts and floor plan edits.
